Making an Appointment

The Notary Who Travels To You

JOHN CRAGG Making an Appointment Notary Public

If you need my services you will need to make an appointment. I can see clients on short notice, usually the next day, or (subject to other commitments) on the same day if urgent.

1. Contact - Please phone or email to discuss inintial requirements.2. Duration - Normally not less than 15 minutes, but I will estimate when you contact me.If you need assistance with an apostille or consularisation I will give you an estimate of how long it will take for this process to be completed. Apostille normally takes about three days if sent via my agent. Time for consularisation depends on the Embassy or consulate concerned.

If matters are very urgent I can arrange for the Premium Apostille system to be used which involves the document going to my agents in London, by courier if necessary, and they can can obtain Apostille on the day it reaches them.My normal office hours are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday but I often see clients outiside these times if more convenient for them or if the matter is urgent.
